A) WHEN YOU SIGN UP YOUR CHILD FOR A TRIAL DAY:

When you sign up your child for a free trial day at Scenekunstskoler.dk, we ask you to provide your child’s name and age, your name, phone number, and email address. We securely store this information with WEBCrm, which is protected behind firewalls. The information is only accessible to trusted employees at SceneKunst. We do not record or log this personal information but only use it for the purpose of registering and enrolling your child for a free trial day at one of our schools. As a registered person, you always have the right to access and object to a registration in accordance with the rules of the Personal Data Act.

We use your email address solely to send you a confirmation of your registration for the free trial day. If you wish to receive our newsletter, special consent from you is required.

We do not use your phone number for sales purposes. You will only be contacted by phone if you do not inform SceneKunst after the trial day whether your child should be enrolled or not, or if you do not attend the free trial day.

SceneKunst neither transfers, sells, nor makes your personal information available to third parties, including other companies.
